What is the main qualification criteria?

Be at least 18 years of age

Have been a UK resident for three years or more

Be able to make repayments by direct debit

Be in regular employment (minimum of 16 hours per week) including self-employment, or in permanent residence with your spouse/partner who is in regular employment.

How much can I borrow?

If you qualify for credit, you may borrow up to £15,000.

Is a deposit required?

A 10% deposit is required when purchasing equipment using finance.

How are my monthly payments made?

All monthly payments are paid by direct debit from your personal bank account. Typically the first payment will be due one month after the date of delivery, subsequent monthly payments will be due every month for the length of your term on that day of the month.

How long does it take to apply online?
The online application form is a fast and easy process. Once complete, your application will then be instantly sent to the finance company (V12 Finance) and they will get a response to you as soon as possible. Some applications may take longer to process. If for any reason we can't give you an instant decision, you will be notified on screen as part of the application process and also by email, with a follow up email as soon as a decision is confirmed.

Will the finance company perform a credit check?

Yes. A credit check forms part of the automated decision making process. Please ensure you provide a valid phone number in the event of further verification.

What happens if my application is declined?

If your credit application is declined, you will receive notification via email from our credit partner, V12 Finance, with further instruction on how to dispute the decision if you wish.

If my application is not successful, can I re-apply?

Yes. We acknowledge that your circumstances change and just because we have refused a previous application, it does not mean that we'll automatically turn down a further request. We do suggest however, that you leave at least six months between applications.

Can I request delivery to an address other than my home?

In order to safeguard against fraudulent applications, we regret that we're able only to deliver goods to the address provided by the applicant.

Can I pay my agreement off early?

If you wish to withdraw you must give the finance company notice in writing or by telephone or email. The name of your finance company will be clearly shown on your credit agreement (see contact details below). Please note that if you do give notice of withdrawal, you must repay the full amount of the credit without delay and in any event by no later than 30 days after giving notice of withdrawal.
